ClickFunnels remains one of the most recognisable sales-funnel platforms, but its breadth and price are not automatically the right fit for every business. In 2026, its Launch plan costs $97 per month on monthly billing, while higher tiers move to $197 and $297 per month. That can be reasonable when a business actively uses funnels, checkout, email, courses, automation and the surrounding ecosystem. It can feel wasteful when the real requirement is much narrower.
The best ClickFunnels alternative therefore depends on what you are actually trying to replace. A solo creator trying to validate an offer has a very different problem from an agency managing ten client accounts. A paid-media team that only needs landing pages and A/B testing should not choose software using the same criteria as a course business that needs memberships, email sequences and checkout in one system.
For most budget-conscious users, Systeme.io is the most practical place to start because it combines funnels, email, checkout and courses with a permanent free plan and paid tiers beginning at $17 per month. HighLevel is the stronger choice for agencies because its CRM, pipelines, messaging and sub-account model are designed around managing multiple businesses. Kartra is a more direct all-in-one competitor for creators and marketers who want funnels, memberships, email, affiliate management and helpdesk tools under one subscription. The remaining options are stronger when a specialist need matters more than matching every ClickFunnels feature.
This guide compares the current published pricing and capabilities of seven alternatives. It does not claim ToolRankers performed hands-on benchmark testing. The recommendations are based on current vendor documentation, plan limits, feature positioning and the trade-offs a buyer is likely to face when switching. Pricing was checked on 6 October 2026 and is quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Why businesses look for ClickFunnels alternatives
ClickFunnels has broadened substantially in 2026. The live product page now positions funnels alongside email, courses, communities, stores, CRM-style opportunities, appointments, analytics, affiliate management and AI tools. That makes it more capable than the older idea of ClickFunnels as only a landing-page builder. It also means a fair alternatives article must compare business models, not just page editors.
Cost can exceed the value of the features actually used
ClickFunnels Launch is $97 per month, or $81 per month equivalent when billed annually. That price includes a broad toolkit, but many small businesses mainly use a page builder, checkout and a few follow-up emails. If you are not using courses, communities, CRM pipelines, appointments or the wider platform, a cheaper specialist or leaner all-in-one can be a better economic fit.
The business may need a deeper CRM, not a deeper funnel builder
ClickFunnels has expanded beyond landing pages, but agencies and sales-led companies often need more mature pipelines, multi-client account structures, messaging, reputation management or sales operations. HighLevel is a particularly relevant alternative when the customer journey is managed as an ongoing sales process rather than a sequence of funnel pages.
Creators may care more about course delivery and community
A course seller can build courses and communities inside ClickFunnels, but a knowledge business may prefer a platform whose product design starts with courses, memberships, communities and creator monetisation. Kajabi and Kartra both make stronger cases when the product itself is educational content rather than the funnel being the centre of the business.
Performance marketers may only want landing-page optimisation
If the surrounding email, course and ecommerce features are unnecessary, an all-in-one suite can add cost and complexity. Unbounce and Leadpages focus more directly on landing pages, testing, traffic optimisation and campaign publishing.
Migration can still cost more than the subscription saving
The cheapest alternative is not always the cheapest decision. Rebuilding pages, domains, automations, tracking, email authentication, checkout rules and integrations can consume significant time. A business with profitable, stable ClickFunnels campaigns should compare the realistic switching cost against the annual software saving before moving.

What ClickFunnels costs in 2026
ClickFunnels currently lists four tiers. Launch is $97 per month, Scale $197, Optimize $297, and Dominate $5,997 per year. Annual billing lowers the effective monthly cost of Launch to $81, Scale to $164 and Optimize to $248. The current pricing page also shows unlimited funnels as a limited-time inclusion across these tiers.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual-equivalent price | Selected limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | $97/mo | $81/mo (billed annually) | 1 workspace, 2 team members, 10K contacts, 50K emails/mo, 3 courses, 5 domains |
| Scale | $197/mo | $164/mo (billed annually) | 5 workspaces, 5 team members, 75K contacts, 300K emails/mo, 6 courses |
| Optimize | $297/mo | $248/mo (billed annually) | 10 workspaces, 10 team members, 150K contacts, 750K emails/mo, 10 courses |
| Dominate | — | $5,997/year | 20 workspaces, 20 team members, 400K contacts, 1.2M emails/mo, 20 courses |
ClickFunnels says it does not take a percentage of sales and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. That matters because the platform fee should be compared separately from the card-processing charges imposed by payment providers.
How we compared the alternatives
ToolRankers did not invent performance scores or claim hands-on testing that was not carried out. The ranking is based on published capabilities, current plan limits, pricing and how closely each platform matches a specific buying need.
Funnel and checkout depth
Can the platform reproduce multi-step journeys, order forms, upsells, downsells, order bumps, payments and post-purchase automation without requiring several extra tools?
Email and automation
Is email built in? Are automations simple autoresponders or behaviour-based workflows? What plan is required before the useful automation features become available?
CRM and sales workflow
Does the platform only capture leads, or can a team manage pipelines, appointments, two-way conversations, sales activity and multiple business accounts?
Courses, memberships and community
Can the product be delivered inside the platform, and are limits on courses, students, products or communities likely to force a plan upgrade?
Landing-page and testing capability
Does the product support A/B testing, traffic allocation, dynamic text, custom code, heatmaps or AI optimisation when conversion-rate work is a priority?
Pricing and scaling limits
The entry price matters, but so do contact caps, email limits, domains, workspaces, team seats, traffic limits, transaction fees and paid add-ons.
Migration and operational fit
A replacement should reduce friction, not merely lower the monthly invoice. The strongest alternative is the one that matches the actual operating model of the business.
Quick comparison: seven ClickFunnels alternatives
| Alternative | Starting price | Best for | What it replaces well | Main trade-off |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Systeme.io | $0; paid from $17/mo | Budget all-in-one | Funnels, email, checkout, courses, affiliates | Simpler than ClickFunnels in some advanced funnel use cases |
| HighLevel | $97/mo | Agencies and service businesses | CRM, pipelines, messaging, funnels, sub-accounts | Can feel heavy for solo creators |
| Kartra | $119/mo standard Starter | All-in-one creator marketing | Funnels, email/SMS, checkout, courses, affiliates, helpdesk | Not a low-cost switch; contact tiers matter |
| GetResponse | $19/mo; serious funnel use from Marketer $59/mo | Email-first funnels | Email automation, landing pages, ecommerce nurturing, sales funnels | List-based pricing and Starter limitations |
| Kajabi | $179/mo Basic | Courses, coaching, memberships | Creator products, community, funnels, email | Higher subscription and possible third-party payment fees |
| Unbounce | $29/mo | Paid-traffic conversion teams | Landing pages, A/B testing, AI traffic optimisation | Needs other tools for checkout, courses and email |
| Leadpages | $99/mo Grow | Landing-page-first teams | Unlimited pages, testing, publishing | Does not replace the full ClickFunnels operating stack |
1. Systeme.io
Best for: Best low-cost all-in-one replacement
Current pricing: Free; Startup $17/mo; Webinar $47/mo; Unlimited $97/mo
Systeme.io is the easiest alternative to recommend when the main objection to ClickFunnels is price. Its free plan supports up to 2,000 contacts, three sales funnels, one course, one blog, one affiliate programme and one custom domain. Systeme.io says the free tier does not expire and does not require a credit card. All plans include unlimited email sends, file storage, students and 0% platform transaction fees.
The paid progression is unusually simple. Startup costs $17 per month and raises the contact allowance to 5,000 while unlocking unlimited funnels and more courses. Webinar costs $47 per month and moves to 10,000 contacts while adding automated webinar functionality. Unlimited costs $97 per month and removes the contact cap while adding the broadest limits, sub-account capability and migration assistance. Annual billing gives two months free according to the live pricing page.
Why it can be better than ClickFunnels: a new business can build a real funnel, collect leads, email them, take payments and deliver a course without starting with a $97 monthly commitment. That changes the economics of testing an idea. A founder can validate an offer before software becomes a meaningful fixed cost.
The compromise is that ClickFunnels remains the more funnel-centric ecosystem. Its current platform has a more explicit emphasis on advanced funnel tooling, AI funnel building, smart checkout, sales education and a large training community. Businesses already using complex ClickFunnels-specific workflows may find Systeme.io less sophisticated in certain edge cases even though the basic end-to-end stack is broad.
Systeme.io is therefore best viewed as the value leader, not an automatic feature-for-feature upgrade. Choose it when you want most of the practical building blocks at dramatically lower cost and can live with a simpler platform.
Where it wins
- Permanent free plan with a genuinely usable funnel allowance
- Paid plans start far below ClickFunnels Launch
- Unlimited email sending and 0% platform transaction fees on all plans
- Funnels, courses, affiliate management, email and checkout are integrated
Where it falls short
- Less compelling if you depend on ClickFunnels-specific advanced funnel workflows or ecosystem
- Very low price can tempt businesses to switch before accounting for migration work
2. HighLevel
Best for: Best for agencies and service businesses
Current pricing: Starter $97/mo; Unlimited $297/mo; 14-day free trial
HighLevel, commonly called GoHighLevel, is the strongest alternative in this list for agencies, consultants and service businesses that need funnels inside a broader sales and client-management system. The Starter plan is $97 per month and includes lead capture, nurturing, online booking, pipelines, a social calendar, website builder and other sales tools. HighLevel also promotes unlimited contacts and users on the Starter tier.
The $297-per-month Unlimited plan adds API access, unlimited sub-accounts and a branded desktop app. This is where the value proposition becomes very different from ClickFunnels: the platform is designed around an agency account that can manage separate client locations rather than one marketing business simply building more funnels.
HighLevel also includes CRM pipelines, forms, surveys, funnels, websites, scheduling, email, two-way SMS, social planning, reputation management, invoicing and workflow automation. That breadth can reduce the number of separate systems an agency has to stitch together.
There is, however, an official documentation inconsistency worth noticing. The live pricing section says Starter can set up to three sub-accounts, while the FAQ lower on the same page describes the Starter account as allowing two sub-accounts. Buyers should confirm the live allowance inside the checkout or with HighLevel before purchasing if that limit matters to their plan.
HighLevel is not automatically better for a solo creator. It can feel like agency software because it is agency software. If you primarily sell a single digital product and care about an elegant course experience, a simpler creator platform can be easier to operate. But for a business managing leads through pipelines, appointments, calls and multiple client accounts, HighLevel is a more natural operational centre than ClickFunnels.
Where it wins
- Agency and sub-account architecture is central to the product
- CRM, pipelines, messaging, booking and funnels live together
- Unlimited contacts and users are positioned as a core pricing advantage
- Strong fit for local-service and client-management workflows
Where it falls short
- Can be excessive for a solo creator or simple one-off funnel
- Official Starter sub-account count is inconsistent on the live pricing page
- The $297 Unlimited tier is not cheaper than ClickFunnels Scale or Optimize
3. Kartra
Best for: Best direct all-in-one competitor for creators and marketers
Current pricing: Starter $119/mo monthly or $99/mo annually; Growth $229/$189; Professional $549/$429
Kartra is one of the closest conceptual alternatives to ClickFunnels because it tries to keep the whole marketing business inside one platform rather than specialising in one part of the funnel. It combines funnels, pages, forms, checkout, email and SMS, memberships and courses, calendars, video, lead management and automation. Higher tiers add affiliate management, webinars, helpdesk features, funnel simulation and real-time funnel analytics.
The current Starter list price is $119 per month, or $99 per month when billed annually. At the time of research, Kartra was also promoting three months of Starter at $33 per month for new customers before the subscription moves to $119 per month. Because that is a temporary introductory offer, buyers should not use $33 as the long-term cost comparison. Kartra also offers a 30-day free trial on a separate official trial page, which converts to Starter at $119 per month unless cancelled.
Starter includes 2,500 contacts, one custom domain, unlimited products, funnels, pages, forms, memberships and courses, plus 0% Kartra transaction fees. Growth rises to $229 monthly or $189 annually, increases capacity to roughly 12,500 contacts and three domains, and adds features such as advanced automations, affiliate management, webinars, surveys, helpdesk and funnel simulation. Professional is aimed at larger operations and adds real-time funnel analytics and larger webinar limits.
Kartra can be a better ClickFunnels replacement when the business needs membership delivery, email automation, affiliate management and customer support tools as part of the same operating system. It is less attractive if the whole purpose of switching is simply to spend less. The ongoing Starter price is slightly above ClickFunnels Launch on monthly billing, even though Kartra packages the surrounding tools differently.
A further cost consideration is contact growth. Kartra says that if an account exceeds the lead limit of its plan, it can automatically upgrade to the next tier and charge a mid-cycle reconciliation fee. That makes list growth an important budgeting variable.
Where it wins
- Very broad all-in-one stack with strong creator and membership features
- 0% Kartra transaction fees
- Unlimited funnels, pages, products, memberships and courses on Starter
- Higher tiers add affiliate management, webinars and helpdesk capabilities
Where it falls short
- Not a budget alternative at standard monthly pricing
- Contact limits can trigger automatic tier upgrades
- Some headline pricing is promotional and should not be confused with the normal renewal cost
4. GetResponse
Best for: Best for email-first funnels and ecommerce nurturing
Current pricing: Starter $19/mo; Marketer $59/mo; Creator $69/mo for 1,000 contacts; 18% annual discount
GetResponse makes sense when email marketing and automation are more important than having the most specialised funnel builder. The current Starter plan begins at $19 per month for up to 1,000 subscribers and includes unlimited monthly email sends, landing pages, forms, AI content tools and one custom automation workflow. The platform offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a card.
The important tier for ClickFunnels switchers is Marketer. At $59 per month for 1,000 contacts, it adds unlimited automation workflows, advanced segmentation, abandoned-cart recovery, sales funnels, promo codes, revenue reporting and web push notifications. The Creator plan is $69 per month and adds webinars, a website builder, courses, premium newsletters and other knowledge-monetisation tools. Annual billing reduces the published starting equivalents to $15.58, $48.38 and $56.58 per month respectively.
This pricing is attractive if your funnel is primarily an email journey. A lead can enter through a landing page or form, move through segmentation and automation, receive ecommerce follow-up and progress into a sales funnel without maintaining a separate email platform. For businesses already paying separately for an email system, replacing both subscriptions can matter more than comparing funnel-builder prices in isolation.
The compromise is that the Starter plan is intentionally limited. It only includes one automation workflow and does not include the full sales-funnel and ecommerce automation set. Anyone switching from a mature ClickFunnels setup should compare against Marketer, not just the lowest advertised price. GetResponse also prices by list size, so the cost rises as the subscriber database grows.
GetResponse is therefore strongest for marketers who think in terms of subscribers, campaigns, segmentation and lifecycle automation. It is less suitable for users whose competitive advantage depends on sophisticated funnel-page structure, agency workspaces or deep course-community features.
Where it wins
- Low entry price with unlimited email sends
- Marketer includes sales funnels and stronger ecommerce automation
- 14-day free trial and clear annual discounts
- Good consolidation option when email is already a major separate software cost
Where it falls short
- Starter is too limited for many serious ClickFunnels migrations
- Pricing rises with list size
- Not as funnel-specialised as ClickFunnels
5. Kajabi
Best for: Best for established course, coaching and membership businesses
Current pricing: Basic $179/mo or $143/mo annually; Growth $249/$199; Pro $499/$399
Kajabi is not the cheapest alternative and should not be presented as one. Its value is that it is built around selling expertise: courses, coaching, memberships, communities, landing pages, email and funnels all live in the same environment. That can be a better strategic fit for a knowledge business even when the monthly subscription is higher than ClickFunnels Launch.
Basic costs $179 per month, or $143 per month when billed annually. It includes five products, 2,500 contacts, one website, one community and two admin users. Growth costs $249 monthly or $199 annually and expands to 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 11 admin users. Pro costs $499 monthly or $399 annually and moves to unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, three websites, three communities and 26 admin users.
Kajabi lists unlimited funnels, landing pages and marketing emails across its main paid tiers. Its course and community experience is also more central to the product than it is in a typical funnel builder. If the real product is a programme, membership or paid community, the post-purchase experience can matter as much as the checkout page that created the sale.
The main caution is transaction economics. Kajabi itself says processing fees vary by country and payment provider, and its pricing table shows additional fees when certain third-party payment providers are used instead of Kajabi Payments: 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro, excluding PayPal and Kajabi Payments. Those platform fees are separate from the payment processor's own charges, so sellers need to model them against revenue, not just subscription price.
Kajabi is a better alternative when the business wants one premium creator platform and values content delivery, community and lifecycle marketing. It is a poor choice for someone leaving ClickFunnels only because $97 per month feels expensive.
Where it wins
- Strong product fit for courses, coaching, memberships and communities
- Unlimited funnels, landing pages and marketing emails on listed paid tiers
- Large contact and product allowances on higher plans
- Integrated creator-business experience reduces the need for a separate LMS/community stack
Where it falls short
- Basic costs materially more than ClickFunnels Launch
- Third-party payment-provider fees can change the effective cost
- Overkill if you only need a landing page and checkout
6. Unbounce
Best for: Best for paid-traffic landing pages and conversion optimisation
Current pricing: Starter $29/mo; Build $99/mo; Experiment $149/mo; Optimize $249/mo
Unbounce is the clearest example of why a ClickFunnels alternative does not need to reproduce ClickFunnels. It is a landing-page and conversion-optimisation platform for teams that care about campaign pages, testing and traffic performance more than courses, communities or an integrated creator stack.
The current Starter plan is $29 per month and supports five pages, up to 500 visitors, one user and one root domain. Build is $99 per month and adds unlimited pages, traffic up to 20,000, popups, sticky bars, multi-step forms, AI copywriting, custom code and a large integration library. Experiment costs $149 per month and adds unlimited A/B testing, up to 30,000 traffic volume, three users, two root domains, dynamic text replacement and conversion reporting. Optimize is $249 per month and adds AI traffic optimisation, more traffic, more users and audience insights.
Unbounce is better than ClickFunnels when the buyer has a separate CRM, email system and checkout, and simply wants a stronger campaign-page layer. In that environment, paying for a large all-in-one funnel suite creates duplication. Unbounce can sit in front of an existing marketing stack and focus on converting paid traffic.
The reverse is equally important: Unbounce is not a replacement for ClickFunnels if you rely on integrated checkout, order bumps, digital-product delivery, courses, communities or built-in email workflows. Recreating those functions would require additional systems. A low landing-page subscription can therefore become a more expensive total stack if the business still needs several missing components.
Choose Unbounce when your bottleneck is conversion optimisation. Do not choose it merely because its Starter price is lower.
Where it wins
- Purpose-built for landing pages and conversion work
- Clear A/B testing and AI traffic-optimisation progression
- Integrates into an existing marketing stack rather than forcing a full replacement
- Low entry tier for simple campaign-page needs
Where it falls short
- Not an all-in-one sales-funnel replacement
- Traffic, user and domain limits matter by plan
- Checkout, courses and broader lifecycle tools require other systems
7. Leadpages
Best for: Best for teams that mainly need pages, testing and simple publishing
Current pricing: Grow $99/mo or $79/mo annually; Optimize $199/$159; Scale $399/$319
Leadpages is another specialist option for buyers who realise they do not actually need an all-in-one funnel operating system. Its current paid Leadpages range centres on Grow, Optimize and Scale. According to the August 2026 official plan documentation, Grow costs $99 per month or $79 per month when billed annually, Optimize costs $199 or $159, and Scale costs $399 or $319.
Grow includes unlimited pages, four custom domains, three blogs and A/B testing with up to six variants per page. Optimize expands the domain and team allowances and adds Smart Traffic, smart personalisation, real-time analytics sync, more integrations and longer analytics retention. Scale is aimed at larger organisations and agencies with higher limits and support.
The economic comparison with ClickFunnels is interesting because Grow is almost the same monthly price as ClickFunnels Launch. The reason to switch is therefore not savings at the standard monthly rate. It is focus. If a team already has email, CRM, payments and product delivery elsewhere, Leadpages can remove the operational distraction of an all-in-one platform while still providing the pages and testing layer it actually needs.
Leadpages has also been changing its packaging in 2026, including a separate HTML publishing product and revised AI allowances. Buyers should check the live pricing page before purchasing because the public site may localise currency and product presentation by region. The plan documentation is useful for the current USD structure, but checkout remains the final source of truth for the price available to a specific account.
Choose Leadpages when landing pages, sites and testing are the job. Choose a broader alternative when the business also wants native email, checkout, courses or CRM under the same subscription.
Where it wins
- Unlimited pages on the main Grow/Optimize/Scale plans
- A/B testing available from Grow
- Straightforward fit when the rest of the marketing stack already exists
- Less operational breadth to manage than a full all-in-one platform
Where it falls short
- Not cheaper than ClickFunnels Launch at the main monthly Grow price
- Does not replace the entire ClickFunnels stack
- Pricing presentation is evolving and can be localised by region
Best ClickFunnels alternative by use case
If price is the main problem
Start with Systeme.io. The free tier is capable enough to validate an offer, while the $17 Startup tier keeps the software burden low after a business begins growing. GetResponse is the next most interesting option when email marketing is the central requirement rather than courses or agency management.
If you run an agency
HighLevel is the strongest fit. Its client sub-accounts, CRM pipelines, messaging and workflow structure are designed for agencies in a way ClickFunnels' workspace expansion only partly addresses. Kartra can also support agency use, but HighLevel is the more obvious operational system for local-service and lead-management work.
If you sell courses or memberships
Choose between Kartra and Kajabi based on budget and brand experience. Kartra is the broader marketing toolkit with strong funnels, memberships, email and affiliate functionality. Kajabi is more creator-product-centric and can provide a more unified knowledge-business environment, but it is expensive.
If email automation is the centre of the business
GetResponse is the strongest value-oriented alternative. Its Marketer tier puts funnels inside a mature email and segmentation environment. This is especially attractive when replacing both ClickFunnels and a separate email subscription.
If paid traffic and landing-page performance are the bottleneck
Unbounce is the strongest specialist. Leadpages is a good alternative for teams that want page publishing and testing without the broader conversion-optimisation depth of Unbounce. Neither should be treated as a complete ClickFunnels replacement unless the rest of the stack already exists.
If ClickFunnels already produces profitable funnels
Do not switch merely because another platform has a lower sticker price. A working funnel has hidden assets: tested copy, tracking, domain reputation, email authentication, automation logic, checkout rules and team familiarity. The migration must create enough economic or operational value to justify putting those assets at risk.
What ClickFunnels still does well
An alternatives article should not pretend that leaving is always the right decision. ClickFunnels remains a strong choice when the business wants a funnel-first operating environment rather than a collection of specialist tools. Its current plans include unlimited funnels, unlimited visitors, site and landing-page publishing, smart checkout, A/B testing, email, automations, courses and a growing set of CRM-style features.
The platform also packages substantial contact and email allowances into the higher tiers. Scale includes 75,000 contacts and 300,000 emails per month, while Optimize moves to 150,000 contacts and 750,000 emails per month. A company paying separately for high-volume email, page building, checkout and courses should compare the combined replacement cost before assuming ClickFunnels is expensive.
ClickFunnels also has one advantage that is hard to express in a comparison table: organisational familiarity. If the marketing team already knows the editor, understands the funnel logic, has reusable templates and can launch quickly, a cheaper alternative can reduce software cost while increasing labour cost. Software value includes the speed at which the team can reliably produce revenue, not only the monthly subscription.
Staying is particularly defensible when a funnel is mature, profitable and tightly integrated with advertising, tracking and fulfilment. In that situation, the burden of proof should be on the alternative to create a material operational benefit, not merely save $30 or $50 per month.
How to migrate from ClickFunnels without breaking revenue
- Inventory every live funnel, page, domain, checkout, form, workflow, email sequence, webhook, payment integration and tracking script before cancelling anything. A screenshot of the funnel map is not enough; export data and document dependencies.
- Rebuild one non-critical funnel first. Use it to test page rendering, mobile behaviour, form submissions, payment flows, taxes, coupons, upsells, email delivery, analytics and integrations before moving revenue-critical traffic.
- Move domains and DNS carefully. Domain changes can interrupt tracking, email authentication and live campaign links. Where possible, preserve URLs or create redirects so ads, emails and organic links do not send visitors to dead pages.
- Run both systems in parallel for a short controlled period when revenue justifies it. The extra month of software cost is often cheaper than discovering a broken automation after the old account has been cancelled.
- Export contact and transaction data before closing the ClickFunnels account. Confirm how the replacement handles consent, tags, custom fields and unsubscribes so that a migration does not damage compliance or segmentation.
- Recalculate the total stack after migration. A $29 landing-page tool plus separate email, CRM, checkout, course hosting and automation can easily cost more than a $97 all-in-one plan. Compare total operating cost, not one subscription line.
A five-question decision framework
1. Which ClickFunnels features produced revenue in the last 90 days? Ignore features you might use someday.
2. Which missing capability is causing the switch: price, CRM, email, courses, agency accounts, landing-page optimisation or something else?
3. What additional tools will the alternative require to match the current workflow? Add their monthly costs before comparing prices.
4. How many hours will migration, retraining and QA consume, and what is that time worth to the business?
5. What would make you regret switching six months from now: higher contact costs, missing integrations, weaker checkout, poor course delivery, or an inability to manage clients?
If the answers point to one specific weakness in ClickFunnels, choose an alternative that solves that weakness directly. If the answers reveal that you use most of ClickFunnels and the current system is profitable, the best decision may be to stay.
Final verdict: choose the alternative that matches the business model
There is no universal ClickFunnels replacement because the market has split into different types of product. Systeme.io wins on accessible all-in-one value. HighLevel wins for agencies and service businesses that need CRM and client accounts. Kartra is the most direct broad competitor for creator-led marketing operations. GetResponse is the strongest option when email automation is the engine of the funnel. Kajabi makes sense when course and community delivery are the product. Unbounce and Leadpages are better when the business already has the rest of its stack and simply wants a dedicated conversion and publishing layer.
For most new or small businesses paying $97 per month mainly to build a few funnels, Systeme.io is the first alternative to investigate. It offers the largest immediate cost reduction without forcing the buyer into a narrow landing-page-only product. For an agency, the recommendation changes to HighLevel because the sub-account, CRM and communication model solves a different problem. For established educators and membership businesses, Kartra and Kajabi deserve closer attention because the post-sale product experience matters as much as the funnel itself.
ClickFunnels should still remain on the shortlist when its funnel-first workflow is already embedded in the business, when the current campaigns are profitable, or when replacing its integrated features would create a more expensive multi-tool stack. The smartest switch is not the one with the lowest headline price. It is the one that removes a real constraint without introducing a larger one somewhere else.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best overall ClickFunnels alternative?
For most budget-conscious solo users, Systeme.io is the most practical overall alternative because it combines funnels, email, checkout, courses and affiliate management with a permanent free plan and paid tiers from $17 per month. The best choice changes by use case: HighLevel is stronger for agencies, Kartra and Kajabi for creator businesses, and Unbounce for landing-page optimisation.
Is there a free alternative to ClickFunnels?
Yes. Systeme.io has a free plan supporting up to 2,000 contacts, three sales funnels, one course, one blog, one affiliate programme and one custom domain. It also includes unlimited email sending and does not require a credit card according to its current pricing page.
What is the cheapest paid ClickFunnels alternative in this guide?
Systeme.io Startup is $17 per month. GetResponse Starter begins at $19 per month, although serious funnel use normally points to its $59-per-month Marketer tier. Unbounce Starter begins at $29 but is a landing-page product rather than a full all-in-one replacement.
Is HighLevel better than ClickFunnels?
HighLevel is better for agencies and service businesses that need CRM pipelines, messaging, scheduling and multiple client accounts. ClickFunnels is more naturally centred on the funnel-building experience and can be simpler for a single business focused on direct-response funnels.
Is Kajabi cheaper than ClickFunnels?
No. Kajabi Basic is $179 per month or $143 per month when billed annually, which is above ClickFunnels Launch at $97 per month or $81 per month equivalent annually. Kajabi should be chosen for its course, community and creator-business fit rather than as a cost-saving move.
Can I use Unbounce instead of ClickFunnels?
Yes, if the part of ClickFunnels you actually need is landing-page creation and conversion optimisation and you already have email, CRM, payments and product delivery elsewhere. If you need an integrated checkout, courses, email automation and upsells, Unbounce alone is not a full replacement.
Does ClickFunnels charge a percentage of sales?
ClickFunnels states that it does not take a percentage of sales. Payment processors can still charge their own processing fees. This is one reason platform subscription price should not be confused with total transaction cost.
Should I switch from ClickFunnels just to save money?
Only if the saving is meaningful after migration time and any replacement subscriptions are included. If the current funnel is profitable and stable, switching to save a small monthly amount can create more risk than value. If the business is early-stage and the $97 monthly minimum is a material burden, a lower-cost platform can be a sensible move.

Pricing and plan details were checked against official vendor sources on 6 October 2026. Promotions, regional currencies, taxes and checkout offers can change. Where a vendor displayed a promotional price, the article distinguishes it from the normal subscription price. The HighLevel pricing page contained a conflicting Starter sub-account count (three in the pricing summary versus two in the FAQ); buyers for whom that limit matters should confirm the live checkout allowance before purchase.
